Friendly staff
Lunch near Knock Shrine – and it shows. With no regulars to please and a captive crowd of visitors, there's little effort made. My €19 burger was poor quality; my wife’s turkey and ham came in tiny portions with clearly not-fresh, overcooked vegetables. We were the only ones there just past midday, and honestly, it felt like they're happy to serve you once and never see you again.
Now this is a place I would not think of going too first impressions as it's in a hotel are like going into a care home for dinner. But the food was excellent the staff friendly and welcoming and that is what matters I left feeling I had a great meal for a good price which nowdays you go into fancy places and you leave thinking was that it I paid all that money for food that wasn't very nice
Restaurant customers are B&B guests but it is a perfect spot for lunch in-between mass services or an early dinner. 3 course menu offered.
